The client approached ShafroX PR Bureau with a request to reposition their brand and educational programs to better reflect modern business challenges. Additionally, the goal was to build a stronger social media presence and significantly increase media visibility to attract new clients and increase sales. After preparation for the strategic session, we started with conducting an audit of business promotion methods, brand and services unpacking, finding strengths and ways to monetize them, and formulating their positioning to the target audience in social media, website, and a new communication channel — mass media. We reviewed the brand strategy and positioning of services, in general, to meet market needs. During the session we went through each point step by step, analyzing the situation and structuring further actions and the development vector.
